In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Recently, we had to bring in my 2020 Ford Escape due to it having what we thought was an electrical or sensor issue. Mona, as always, got us right in and kept us up-to-date on the diagnostic progress. She it having what we thought was an electrical or sensor issue.
