I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. My experience with Klaben Service, and particularly Mona, was amazing, as always. Mona was on top of all of my concerns, even alerted me to a recall I wasn't aware of. They were quick to get the parts and ha was amazing, as always. Mona was on top of all of my concerns, even alerted me to a recall I wasn't aware of. They were quick to get the parts and have me back in my vehicle. Mona also arranged a rental car for me while my car was at the dealership. I can't say enough about Klaben Service and Mona. I have been a customer for 30 years, both purchasing my vehicles through Klaben and using their service for all of my vehicles. I will not go to any other dealership. Klaben and Mona have had my faith and trust and will always have it. I would, and do, recommend Klaben and Mona to everyone. More
