I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. But their service on my 2009 Lincoln MKZ has always been excellent! The thoroughness in their work is phenomenal and they have been VERY trustworthy But their service on my 2009 Lincoln MKZ has always been excellent! In this day and age, it is not easy to find a service department that you trust with your needed car repairs. I called Klaben Ford to schedule an appointment for a works package. I spoke with Christine, who set me up with a convenient appointment at my home.
