I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Exceptional service from Gavin. Has an issue with my ford. It was fixed in no time - friendly- knowledgeable & keeps to his word as I spoke to him while making and appointment. Mona came to my rescue when my car wouldn't start. I initially was told to use the Licolln App.and somee guy from Cleve. arrived who couldn't charge the battery.She had a Klaben tech on his way within I initially was told to use the Licolln App.and somee guy from Cleve. arrived who couldn't charge the battery.She had a Klaben tech on his way within 30 minutes to my garage who also couldn't charge it.So she sent another tech from Klaben with a new battery and they worked till after 6:30 in the cold weather to get me going.I even told them to go home and come back the next day and they said "it's our job to make you our customer happy" and they DID!
