I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Our cars were purchased from another Ford dealership, but service was not convenient due to location. Service here is really easy, with good hours that fit into our schedules, and scheduling online is easy. Everything is organized and explained in detail upon arriving, and the advisors we have worked with for the 2 cars have made good suggestions and recommendations. In addition to good communication throughout the process, the waiting area is nice. More

Will always try to get you in I was very much in need of an oil change. Even though they service shop was fully booked, they found time to work in my vehicle and give it the atten I was very much in need of an oil change. Even though they service shop was fully booked, they found time to work in my vehicle and give it the attention needed. I don't always have the chance to book in advance, and lucky for me, they are always willing to work me in. The service was great and very professional. More
