Great dealership After test driving many news SUV’s, we decided to try a Highlander. Upon arriving at the dealership, we met up with Tommy Shackleford. He was great! Very professional,very knowledgeable and very patient with us. There wasn’t a question that we asked, that he didn’t know the answer to or knew where to get it. We also met up with their sales manager Shane and general manager Monte, who welcomed us to their home away from home. We did lease the highlander and now my husband is test driving a 4 runner for the weekend to see if he wants to lease or buy it. With the right numbers, this may happen on Monday. Can’t say enough about how awesome this dealership and employees were to us. I have never driven a Toyota, but the kindness of these gentlemen, may have a new client for life. stress free car buying experience My husband and I were ready to trade in our 2008 Camry for a new 4Runner. We went to Toyota of Cleveland where our sales person, Juan Carlos, so very My husband and I were ready to trade in our 2008 Camry for a new 4Runner. We went to Toyota of Cleveland where our sales person, Juan Carlos, so very friendly and helpful. I explained to him what we were looking for (with certain specifics) and showed us several. He did not try to pressure us into anything other than what we had requested. When we made our decision, the finance process was just as stress free. Alfred,the finance manager, was not pushy in trying to up sell certain add on's, he did explain everything in great detail. We left with our new 2018 4Runner and was VERY pleased with the trade-in for our 2008 Camry and the final price of the new vehicle. Justin, Mike, and the General Manager Monte were also involved in the stress free process. We will recommend this dealership to any one looking to have a great car buying experience. More

I am very glad I did! They make you feel right at home and Stockton immediately greeted and offered us assistance and gave us space to talk and think about our options as to not pressure us into any sales. Not once were we given a high pressure sales pitch, it was all about answering our questions and showing us our options - the decision making was left entirely in our court. Got an unbeatable price on the vehicle we purchased and agreed to buy it right there and then (something I usually never do) once I agreed the process was quick and smooth and they made sure to go over all the features and such with me and offer an opportunity for further questions. Stockton was kind enough to follow up the next day as promised on an inquiry I had and everyone made sure we were comfortable coming to them with any questions or concerns. Alfred was very kind and patient while signing our finance paperwork and happily stopped to answer any questions, offered applicable warranties and laid them out in an honest and informed fashion. I feel as though I will be at this dealer many more times in the future, amazing place - defiantly worth a look before you pull the trigger or any vehicle! More
