Juan Carlos Lopez and Justin Chretien were the sales people I worked with and they were focused on what I needed in a vehicle and recommended what I ultimately ended up buying. The general manager, Monte' Burney came out to greet me personally and to thank me for my business. The finance process was smooth as well. Alfred Polk was my finance contact and he was professional in his interaction and personable at the same time. Knowlegeable and Courteous Employees Since I purchased an 2002 Avalon from Toyota of Cleveland, my husband and I decided to stop by during the Labor Day weekend. He was in need of a new v Since I purchased an 2002 Avalon from Toyota of Cleveland, my husband and I decided to stop by during the Labor Day weekend. He was in need of a new vehicle. We met Mr. Tommy Shackelford and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was on point with answers to our questions of the dealership inventory . We didn't purchase that weekend but returned the following weekend. We had already decided on the new car to purchase. As Tommy and my husband were talking about other vehicles we were thinking about purchasing, Tommy told my husband about a used car which would suit him. My husband purchased both vehicles. Mr. Alfred Polk did an outstanding job in explaining the financial packages as well as the warranties that were available. Mr. Joey Abdullah checked out the 2002 Avalon and was courteous, too. Oh yeah, by the way the 2002 Avalon had 452,000 miles. Also, we had a 2000 Camry, my Christmas present which we drove until the final mileage on it was ~500,000 miles. My husband purchased a 2015 Avalon for our anniversary. I guess you can say "We are a Toyota Family". (smile) We will tell our friends and family about our experience with Toyota of Cleveland.
