Too often no matter what product is being sold, the customer service aspect of the experience is lost because the "sale" becomes the most important thing to the employee. I can honestly, and whole heartedly say that my wife and I had the best experience with Paul Caesar and we didn't even drive off the lot in a car. Most car sales persons would have given up on us within the first couple of hours, considering the mess that our last car loan has us in. We had no faith in the car sales business because we were so mistreated by the previous dealership we bought our car from. Paul showed great empathy and understanding for our situation, especially since I know he has to deal with issues like ours a lot and that has to be frustrating when it gets in the way of a sale. His manager Phil Hill and General Manager Monte' Burney were also verty helpful and did everything they could to make sure we felt like we were the only people on the lot. (Even though technically we were the only people left because we were there until about 9pm that night). Thank you so much and I apologize the sale didnt work out that night but I can guarantee you within the next month or so we will be back to make our purchase and we will also make sure that anyone we know that is purchasing a car knows that the three hour drive we took to get to Toyota of Cleveland was worth every mile it took to get there. Stopped by on the way home from vacation because I am 2 hrs and 40 min away and low and behold the car was still there. Mr White met us in the parking lot and took great care of us. Maybe there and hour and 15 min. Kudos for a smooth process! Coming from the mortgage world processing is key to a great experience. Good job guys! More

Thebron worked with us as we looked the vehicle over, and gave us great information. Allowing us to drive and test the vehicle out. New Toyota Highlander Purchase I had a very good experience with this dealership. The general manager Monte, salesman Thebron and finance consultant Ryan were all knowledgeable, po I had a very good experience with this dealership. The general manager Monte, salesman Thebron and finance consultant Ryan were all knowledgeable, polite, responsive and sensitive to my time. We reached what I thought, after due research, was a very good, better than average deal for the overall transaction - new car and trade - and when that happens and you are having a good experience its time to purchase. I wanted a particular color, which, to my understanding, they worked hard to get from a dealer many states away. Although I've had the car less than 24 hours those I have shown it to have remarked on how beautiful the color is, so the dealership's extra efforts are much appreciated. I visited the dealership on two Saturdays and found getting there from Chattanooga no big deal - its really just an exit past the last Chattanooga exit. I've driven to Atlanta before to purchase a car and this was so much easier. The dealership itself has comfortable and clean lounge areas and restrooms, which is appreciated since we all know it can take a little time to finalize a purchase. Thebron really knew the car and was easily able to answer all of our questions, which was helpful because I was shopping multiple makes and models and keeping track of details was tough. Finally, I appreciated the fact that Monte and Thebron never talked down to me about the transaction - I have had other salesmen at other dealers talk down to me a bit about my trade and being a "need buyer" (when I once had a trade with some issues). And Ryan presented me with various protection package options and answered questions but was not pushy, which I also appreciated. This is my first new Toyota (I have had one used Toyota) and I plan to drive it for a long, long time. That said, if need for a new or used car arises, I will certainly shop with this dealership again. More
