This was, by far, my favorite car buying experience. We checked out various makes and models at several dealerships, and this one was the most accommodating, welcoming, competent, and caring. We ran into several disinterested, entitled, arrogant sales reps and managers at other dealerships from New Bern to Wilmington. Steve was a calm in the middle of several storms we were dealing with, and even fixed a flat on our other car while we were signing paperwork. More
