My Lexus broke down in Ohio when I was driving from Maryland to Missouri. I was towed to the nearest dealership, Germain Lexus of Easton. Nathan was nice and professional. He honored the 2 year warranty I had on the 4 new tires I bought on 7/17/25 and replaced the bad tire which leaked. I was surprised to find out that He honored the 2 year warranty I had on the 4 new tires I bought on 7/17/25 and replaced the bad tire which leaked. I was surprised to find out that I had to pay 37 dollars for labor for replacing the defective tire. This did not leave good taste as to the policy of Germain to bill for replacing defective tire which leaked and is not the fault of the customer. More
