I had the pleasure of discussing BMWs with Ms Alicia Taylor. I knew what I wanted in this vehicle, but I hadn't decided upon any particular manufacturer or model. At another dealer, a guy was convinced I needed an SUV; my wish list put me at the other end of the spectrum. But what I wanted was incidental to his agenda. Alicia and I talked about models, prices, colors, accessories, and everything else that has to do with purchasing a car. She is an excellent source of information; more importantly, she talked with me; she didn't sell me. I spent time in sales, so I know it when I hear it. It is my pleasure to recommend talking with Alicia Taylor about your next vehicle. The next step in the BMW buying experience was a very comfortable discussion about money, cruise ships, and other post-purchase topics with Mr Mike Niedzwiecki. Like Alicia, he knows his specialty and speaks about it easily and with confidence. The last part of my BMW trifecta was a discussion with Mr Nez Faraj in and around the car about the technology and mechanisms of my particular vehicle. Completing the trifecta, Nez is thoroughly knowledgeable, and more importantly, he has an unlimited supply of patience explaining the first round of tech. Nez is a very good teacher.
