Obviously, the BMW is great but the minimal service it does need is handled with no hassle. I get a weekly car wash and they never make me feel awkward about getting that done. In over 3 years I have yet to find anyone that does not stop what they are doing to say hi or answer any questions for me as I wait for a wash or service. I actually enjoy going to the dealership. On our second round of cars we did not even consider another option because the dealership made our lives easier and more enjoyable. No hassle, friendly and quite frankly ... fun.
