Like family I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW is great but the minimal service it does need is handled with no hassle. I get a weekly car wash and they never make me feel awkward about getting that done. In over 3 years I have yet to find anyone that does not stop what they are doing to say hi or answer any questions for me as I wait for a wash or service. I actually enjoy going to the dealership. On our second round of cars we did not even consider another option because the dealership made our lives easier and more enjoyable. No hassle, friendly and quite frankly ... fun. I recommend everyone to BMW of Westlake More

Best BMW Experience I initially met Nez when he helped my father-in-law buy his new car and knew then that I would be a loyal customer. After several indecisive falters h I initially met Nez when he helped my father-in-law buy his new car and knew then that I would be a loyal customer. After several indecisive falters he patiently helped me lease a car and was extremely patient with me throughout the process. I’ve dealt with several BMW sales associates in the last 20 years and I’m glad that Nez has joined the team. Adam the General Manager, also went out of his way to make sure that I had an amazing customer experience. Quick and simple I purchased a Certified pre-owned 328i through Ken and the process could not have been easier. I was able to fill out all application paperwork via email. When it came time to pick up my car, they had everything ready and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Ken was a great help in finding the car that was right for me and was great about presenting me with all my options. Mike got my financing processed quickly and Nez was a huge help in walking me through all of the features on my car and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I would highly recommend Ken and BMW of Westlake to anyone looking for a BMW. More

Great experience at BMW of Westlake! Highly recommend! BMW of Westlake has abundant inventory to choose. The experience there is quite different from other dealers. They do honest business. We just select the car we want, they make sure all incentives and bonus to us are applied and final price is fairly and clearly presented. Ken Delk is very responsible, knowledgable, and efficient. He helped us finding the car, test driving, working on the numbers. Mike Niedzwiecki helped on financing. Nez Faraj helped on going thru the features. Everyone is professional. Returning the old car and buying the new car all finished within half day. That's the great customer services! More
