Once I decided on a vehicle, they walked me through all the finance options to make sure I fully understood. I have been out of the car mark I must say that my experience today at BMW of Westlake was the best experience with buying a car that I have ever had. I have been out of the car market for over a decade and honestly resisted looking for a car because of all the shenanigans with car buying. However, Jerry M. made my experience great. He was very patient. He took his time to explain all the details and answered all the questions I had. Then to top it off, Nez F. explained every little detail with operating the car. His calm demeanor and pleasant attitude was very fitting for his position. Sorry, I forgot the name of the guy who handled the finance but he was very pleasant as well. Great Job BMW of Westlake with hiring the best staff for the job!! I will definitely return and refer to friends and family. More

Nez was great with answering ANY question I had about the car, and because I picked up the car alone, he will deliver my old car to my house. I mean, that's the definition of going above and beyond on customer service. Highly recommend this dealership, and especially John Caruso. He is just excellent. More
