Customer service at Beaver Toyota has gone considerably down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication is terrible. After being an extremely loyal customer for many years, I’m now going to take my car for maintenance and service to Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville.
