I bought my first Honda in 2012 and it still runs perfectly. The Dover service department took excellent care of my 2018 Honda CR-V when I brought it to be serviced. Yesterday I bought my 3rd Honda perfectly. The Dover service department took excellent care of my 2018 Honda CR-V when I brought it to be serviced. Yesterday I bought my 3rd Honda vehicle. I ended up paying a much higher percentage rate on the loan than I was originally quoted ( my credit score is 845 ) I waited over 4 hours for the credit approval, for some reason. I was so tired by the time my turn came that I missed a lot of the details of the loan agreement. I said I did not want the add on coverage but the finance person kept pushing until I finally gave in. It added almost 6,000 to the bottom line costs. I will be calling to cancel- an option I had to ask about as the info was not volunteered. The sales person, John, was very easy to work with and I would work with him again. I still like the Honda brand. More

They did give me the price I was quoted online for the exact car I wanted in the color I chose and added the roof crossbars we needed for our ski rack. We leased the car on the Saturday before President's Day and when we picked it up that week, everything was DONE. They handled the registration, talked to the Insurance Company and coordinated with Parts & Service to get the bars installed before we picked it up. We drove just under an hour from Andover, MA because someone we knew in Dover recommended them and we're very happy we did! Eric made everyone feel like family and Cody was a true professional who knew the answer to everything we asked about the car. He even picked us up at the Train Station when he delivered the car.
