I had an incredibly frustrating encounter with Mercedes of Portland, a car dealership. Shockingly, it took them a staggering 8 months to pay the DMV, resulting in the DMV reaching out to me regarding the delayed payment. This behavior is in direct violation of the law for a dealer. To compound the situation, I was repeatedly pulled over by law enforcement during this time due to the absence of license plates on the car. The salespeople at Mercedes of Portland consistently made empty promises to reimburse me and failed to uphold our agreed-upon terms. I wholeheartedly caution against purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. They are deceitful individuals who have orchestrated the most abysmal car buying experience I have ever endured. It is disheartening that even a dealership affiliated with the esteemed Mercedes name would partake in such unscrupulous practices. I firmly hold Nickolas Kalantari accountable for this nightmarish ordeal, and I believe he has taken no action to assist or rectify the situation. More
