I am extremely disappointed that I’ve had to bring my truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has pe truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has persisted. I just picked up the vehicle last week, and the issue has already started again today. This is a brand-new 2025 model, and it should not be experiencing any problems of this nature. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. More

I mentioned all my concerns on the comment box when scheduling the appointment a week prior. I also mentioned that Id like a shuttle if I were to wait there. But when I arrived, I was told I need a rid scheduling the appointment a week prior. I also mentioned that Id like a shuttle if I were to wait there. But when I arrived, I was told I need a ride home because I needed to leave the car for a week. Why didnt they notify me ahead of time? This happens every time. Nothing is ever ready. They cant see my list of concerns in the comment box that I wrote when I schedule the appointment? Now, I have to go back when a loaner car is available. I scheduled a week prior, someone should have seen this and notified me of possible delays or if I need to reschedule or if I should bring a ride, etc. Last time TWO times I went there, I had to come back because they needed to order a part. Now, I need to leave the car there a week. More
