Carmelo Vazquez greeted us with a very professional and no pressure manner that I was impressed with and very much appreciated. My son and I were able to evaluate the car without having to make a hurried decison which happens a lot at other car dealer ships. Pam Baker was very proficient and easy to work with so that I could acknowledge and understand all terms and agreements that correlated with the vehicle. She made sure I was properly introduced to my salesman when I arrived and gave me a thorough break down of his credentials to reassure me that he knew his job. My salesman, Robert, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made the whole shopping and buying experience wonderful. He epitomizes what a salesman should be and I will definitely refer anyone I know looking to buy a Subaru to him. Pam was great as well. She explained everything in the paper work to me and made sure I knew all my options. She was kind, polite, and patient which made the process enjoyable.
