Started researching a new vehicle purchase a few weeks ago. Currently own a 2020 CX-5 but we were looking for something different this time. We test drove several makes but after two weeks of less than thrilling results started to think maybe a second CX-5 was the answer. I contacted SMN and asked for offers on a specific trim line. From the start, everyone was courteous, professional, easy to reach, quick to reply — and most importantly, showed a willingness to negotiate. The GM, Dan Parker, his son Ryan, and especially the sales associate Mike Hayles were all very easy to work with throughout the process. When we agreed on a price, Mike got all the paperwork completed ahead of time so that when I arrived, it was a much faster process. The walkthrough on the vehicle was excellent and thorough, and when I was handed off to Rod in finance, the smooth process continued. Five stars for everyone involved! Thanks guys! More
