Maintenance department passed a vehicle as good and road worthy with significant cracks and dents on the insides of the rims. Maintenance either falsifies records that they completed inspections or is gross worthy with significant cracks and dents on the insides of the rims. Maintenance either falsifies records that they completed inspections or is grossly incompetent. Dealership does not stand by their work if you do not have someone else check their work and find their mistakes within 24 hours. More

Salesman Chris was helpful and courteous. Finance person was great to work with. After driving a few miles we noticed the vehicle was pulling and got a front end alignment, no problem there but when they pu was great to work with. After driving a few miles we noticed the vehicle was pulling and got a front end alignment, no problem there but when they pulled the wheels off to balance them they discovered both front rims were cracked and dented on the inside. Both unsafe to drive. If the dealership would have conducted an inspection like they said, they would have seen them. Dealer refused to correct issue or even work with us to help us get replacement wheels. I understand buyer beware and hope any person who reads this will beware and not trust this dealership. As I told them we only buy cars from dealers because they should stand by their vehicles. I was wrong, they do not stand by their vehicles and say they do inspections on their cars when the do not find and fix major safety issues. More

Pappas Toyota has always taken great care of my vehicle. My routine maintenance was done in about 90 minutes while I waited in a very clean waiting area with free hot coffee. I would love to rate my service advisor with 5 stars but he never introduced himself or gave me a business card. I didn't even get a hello or good morning or how's going today?! He must have been having a bad day!! More

20,000 mile service As always the service was on time and complete. Each employee I came in contact with was courteous and greeted me with a smile. I have had my cars serviced there many times and have never had a problem with any of the staff beginning with arriving there until I left. Pat Ragan took good care of me and my car. I will continue taking my 2 cars there when I need service. More

Work always done right I will always take my car for maintenance or repair to Pappas Toyota, because of mainly 3 people, 1st Josh Brown ,mechanic, superb mechanic, always I will always take my car for maintenance or repair to Pappas Toyota, because of mainly 3 people, 1st Josh Brown ,mechanic, superb mechanic, always fixed or maintained right. 2nd Paul Nettler super nice professional service writer, he knows his stuff.3rd car sales guy named Mark Garner, always nice and friendly, even after the sale, still takes the time to say Hi and see how things are going, great guy to deal with also. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle, and in a matter of days he got us what we needed. Great guy. More

I received flier in the mail for service specials and needing wheel alignment I was interested. The flier had a scratch off that would indicated if I would receive a additional discount. I received a $60 needing wheel alignment I was interested. The flier had a scratch off that would indicated if I would receive a additional discount. I received a $60 discount on the work and was sure I would be pressured into additional work, costing a lot more. I was surprised that this was not the case and was treated great.
