Salesman Chris was helpful and courteous. Finance person was great to work with. After driving a few miles we noticed the vehicle was pulling and got a front end alignment, no problem there but when they pu was great to work with. After driving a few miles we noticed the vehicle was pulling and got a front end alignment, no problem there but when they pulled the wheels off to balance them they discovered both front rims were cracked and dented on the inside. Both unsafe to drive. If the dealership would have conducted an inspection like they said, they would have seen them. Dealer refused to correct issue or even work with us to help us get replacement wheels. I understand buyer beware and hope any person who reads this will beware and not trust this dealership. As I told them we only buy cars from dealers because they should stand by their vehicles. I was wrong, they do not stand by their vehicles and say they do inspections on their cars when the do not find and fix major safety issues. More

Pappas Toyota has always taken great care of my vehicle. My routine maintenance was done in about 90 minutes while I waited in a very clean waiting area with free hot coffee. I received flier in the mail for service specials and needing wheel alignment I was interested. The flier had a scratch off that would indicated if I would receive a additional discount. I received a $60 discount on the work and was sure I would be pressured into additional work, costing a lot more. I was surprised that this was not the case and was treated great.
