Let me first start out by saying Preston was incredible! I get extremely nervous walking in to dealerships due to prior experiences at other places but the second I walked in to WOW Toyota - I felt SO at ea I get extremely nervous walking in to dealerships due to prior experiences at other places but the second I walked in to WOW Toyota - I felt SO at ease! Every single person I had the pleasure of talking to was so kind. Preston introduced himself and asked if we needed help, to which my husband told him we had an appointment to view a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. He was happy to get us started, sat us down, and was extremely professional and also very endearing as he listened to what were looking for with our trade in and what we would like our payments to be. After test driving the car (which is absolutely stunning!), Preston ran through all of the features and all the vehicle had to offer. When it came down to crunch numbers, he worked with us through every step of the way to help us get to where we needed to be. He could have easily told us he had other customers willing to take the vehicle off the lot that day (which was very fair because we all know how in demand they are!) but he did everything in his power to make sure we went home with our new vehicle that night. To top it off, the financial managers Edward and Dan were the most easy going guys and incredibly personable as they helped us and Preston figure out specifics. I cannot recommend WOW Toyota and Preston enough! The sweetest, most professional staff! We are so happy to be apart of the Toyota Family with them. See you at our next oil change! More
