Had the most wonderful experience dealing with Fernando at the Toyota Lancaster dealership he was very helpful along with Ray at the end of the sale and even the finance guy nothing but wonderful people 10 at the Toyota Lancaster dealership he was very helpful along with Ray at the end of the sale and even the finance guy nothing but wonderful people 100% great service. I will definitely be sticking with the dealership from now on.!!! They worked with me even though my credit wasn't that great and made me feel comfortable and even made sure I had some good coffee. I even tried out Ray's mom's café and it was some of the best food I've had in a while.!! I just can't say enough great things about my experience today. Every time I have gone here it’s a minimum of a 2 hour wait. Even for simple oil change. I live an hour away so I must sit and wait and no one removed the homeless man yelling expletives at the tv.
