The moment Chris saw me and my partner in the parking lot, he greeted us and helped us in showing the cars which we were interested in. We did a bit of research on the Ford cars and explained to him what exactly are we looking for. He explained every feature of the cars which we were looking for, which helped us to take a decision. He made it so easy for us to understand, which actually helped us to decide which one to pick up. He was very attentive and was available to answer all our questions for the next step, which was approval and finance. Although to be honest I don't have a great Bhoom score to pick up the car which i wanted, but the confidence which he gave us made us feel relaxed. He ran here and there to the managers to finance departments and all and finally by the evening it was confirmed that i am approved to get the car. I would really appreciate his efforts to make the process so easy like a cakewalk, we were glad that we meet Chris first, I would thank the company to present us such a warm dealer who makes us feel comfortable, (especially if we don't have a fancy score to buy the car on one go). Unlike three years ago (when I got my first 5 Star Ford Lease), the staff gave me a VERY thorough introduction to my new Escape. I really appreciated their effort in the 'introduction' process. I really appreciated Terry Smith, as he comes to Ford from a career background in public service. He seems to be a capable listener and not an 'over-talker'. He has NOT been in sales for 20 years, so he has an authentic approach to the sales process. I also appreciated Raj Patel's sales 'professionalism'. Raj did get me the deal that I asked for and that means a LOT. More

Pleasantly Suprised and Impressed I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Garrett. We showed up late due to the weather and the sales person and dealership did not rush us and I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Garrett. We showed up late due to the weather and the sales person and dealership did not rush us and took their time answering all of our questions. The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite and took his time. We made the deal and due to the time they filled up our trade and let us take it back home 2 hours away and delivered our new truck the following Monday...... that is service ! and filled up the new truck when they arrived in our town. I would like to add the vehicle I traded in was my first Ford product as we had only purchased GM products previously. Fords vehicle sold its self and we are now a repeat customers. It was work the two our drive from our hometown to get outstanding service. We will send our friends and family to this dealership and salesperson. More
