First time here. Very clean, neat and professional dealership. Although, quite slow. What ever happened to under promising and over delivering? If it’s going to be 2 hours, just tell me. More

I brought in my Hyundai for an ABS recall (Campaign 188) in 2020 and a 'relay kit' was installed for no charge. The invoice provided stated that all repairs carried a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on the in 2020 and a 'relay kit' was installed for no charge. The invoice provided stated that all repairs carried a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on the repair. In early 2023 the ABS dash warning light came on and also the check engine light would come on for a period of time. Although 12 months had passed, less than 12,000 additional miles had been added since the repair, so I thought I had a warranty on the past repair. I scheduled an appointment to have my car seen and was informed I would be charged $155. I was told that the warranty had expired. Needed ABS repair was estimated at $3553 on 8-14-2023. My trust feels betrayed that the warranty was not honored. More
