Paul Kolleck is a pleasure to work with and he’s always my g Cincinnati for the last two decades. This is my fourth BMW I have purchased from them. Paul Kolleck is a pleasure to work with and he’s always my go to sales person when it’s time for an upgrade.. He makes the building your own BMW process so simple and effortless. Upon delivery of my new BMW, Susan Ward did an excellent job of going over all of vehicle functions with me. I get a bit nervous when it comes to learning the new technology, but she was so thorough that I left knowing I understood it all. Finally, the whole team overall is very personable, welcoming, and professional. The general manager even recognized me and made a point to congratulate me on my new gorgeous BMW X5! I’ll be back when it’s time for my next upgrade. More
