I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Fast ST Klaben does it once again! I had been waiting for the Edge ST ever since it was announced. With my lease almost due I decided to see what Klaben could Klaben does it once again! I had been waiting for the Edge ST ever since it was announced. With my lease almost due I decided to see what Klaben could do for me this time. Louis Polos had the blue one I wanted ready for test drive. He and a few of the guys even played with my two little boys while I went on the drive. I ran a couple errands while they got everything ready and they cleaned out my old Edge while in finance. I still can't believe how easy and enjoyable it was. Not to mention how ecstatic the boys were with the experience. Thank you again everyone! More

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like a priority. Dave Mott has replaced the salesman that I have purchased from the last 30 years and he was AWESOME! I felt comfortable that I was getting the best deal for my situation. The finance employee, Jen, was precise and very organized. My awesome Klaben Ford experience I was excited to work with JT again because my previous experience with him was great. I really appreciated his patience with all the questions I had I was excited to work with JT again because my previous experience with him was great. JT explained he wasn't in the office and referred me to Mike Moyer and my experience with Mike and Nate became another great experience. Easy deal, great service. From start to finish, everything was great. Threw out an offer and they accepted it without issue. Got a great deal! Once there, Louis, the salesman, was great. Even helped me remove my rack from the top of the car (45 minutes in 15 degree weather). Had the Explorer fueled and ready to go.
