I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Your dealership is the best I have ever dealt with. Friendly Staff who go above and beyond! I love that Klaben is in my hometown of Kent! I just bought my second truck with them and the friendly Staff went out of the way to help me. Several of the sales men said hello to me as soon as I walked in. I was there to see Chris a salesman that talked to me via text on a Sunday! Who does that on their day off? He answered all of my questions and then set the appointment for me to come in after work the next day. He got me into the truck that I had my eyes on! I am very happy and just wanted to say Thanks Again Chris! More
