The dealership was super friendly and helpful on the phone. They also didn't call us once a day annoyingly like other dealerships. We arrived at the dealership and the two cars were sitting there ready for us. The salesperson Devin McMahon showed both of my daughters every feature of their new cars and how to operate them. He was very friendly and helpful. We were then taken to one of the offices and after a few signatures the cars were ours. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family! It was so worth the 5 hour car ride! More

Beginning with Robert Bigelow and his immediate response to my internet inquiry to Jeannette Garcia, our sales associate. Richard McAllister Jr., his knowledge, personality and "no-push" approach made buying relaxing. Marc Clemons provided us with another informational, "no-push" finance closing helping us through the lease vs. buy debate. Finally, Jim Webster ended it all with just some friendly conversation, review and thank you. We will be back, there's no doubt about it! I love my RAV! More

My old phone worked fine in the the new leased car (Kevin set it up). The new phone didn't. He offered to help me with it when I returned the key. That's above and beyond service I expected. He was a professional, patient (I couldn't decide on a color), and helpful salesman. The Manager was also friendly and helpful as was Eduardo. The process went smoothly. More

A very easy place to do business, staffed with nice people. First off I LOVE my new Tundra!! Second the Internet, sales, and finance staff made the transaction incredibly simple with no unnecessary pressure. First off I LOVE my new Tundra!! It's not easy dropping over 30K for a vehicle, it's not an easy thing to do, but these people made me feel right at home and kept me at ease during my indecisiveness. The vehicle was delivered as promised with no hidden or additional costs (which I have experienced before elsewhere) everything was put right in front of me and explained thoroughly. Dave my salesman knew the vehicle in and out, and Eduardo made the financial end painless. Dakota was quick to respond to my requests and courteously followed up after each communication. Mike was ready with numbers that no other dealership could touch, as well as patient with my multitude of questions. At the end of it all Richard made sure I was 100% satisfied before I walked out the door with keys in hand. It's worth the trip to Hartford. Thank you all. Al More
