My coworkers and I don’t just sell cars, we build meaningful relationships with our customers. I have been the Honda sales manager at Don Ayres since November 1999 and before that I was in sales for 3 years. My father sold Honda's here for over 20 years, so it is really a family affair. I've been married to my beautiful wife Kara since 2004. We have 2 awesome children, Caleb and Savannah. We have lived in the Fort Wayne area all of our lives and enjoy going to Hamilton lake and spending time with family.

AS PAINLESS AS CONCEIVABLE Our family has been buying Hondas from Don Ayres for many years now and the experience just gets better and less stressful each time. Buying cars from other dealers was a game and I always felt that we were cheated by the time it was over--either cheated of time with ridiculous games or cheated of money by the final deal. This has never happened at Don Ayres. The salesman actually knew the answer to every question we had about the vehicles--can't tell you how many times I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman who was trying to sell it to me (infuriating!!) I send anyone looking for a Honda (or comparable vehicle) to Don Ayres and will for the foreseeable future. My wife (who is unbelievable picky--she slipped up when she married me--everyone makes a mistake occasionally) loves them to pieces. More

Incredibly understanding If your shopping for a Honda, or even just shopping for a car in general this is the place. Look no more. The level of customer service here is incredible! From sales to service this is an all around wonderful and customer focused dealer. Here is the reason why I'm writing this review: I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Civic Touring from them. About 4 days after I took it home I had the airbag light come on. I took it in the next day and was given a car to drive while it was fixed. After I got the car back the airbag light came back on. I took it back in and was given another car to drive while they looked at mine. I was frustrated at this point and spoke to the sales manager, Rick Squires. He offered me an exchange, he would give me another Civic exactly like I had. I declined because I wasn't sure about the new Civic. They say not to buy a car the first year they do a major redesign and I did. So instead they returned the car and backed me out of the loan. They didn't have to do all of that. They could have just continued to work on my car and said sorry. My sales person was Bill Fenolglio and I can't recommend him enough. He was patient and very helpful. He's not your typical pushy car salesman. So please, if your considering buying a car, buy a car from here. More

This is a 6 star dealership not a 5 star , I & my family have and own over 12 Honda's over a period of the 30 yrs , currently we have 3 Honda's now a 1992 Honda & a 2006 Accord, 1996 Accord witch is brand new and it is in my garage & has less than 1000 miles on it . Just to let you know I am a 47 yrs service technician for a local industrial fork lift dealership & have a very good knowledge of what excellent service is all about.....
