Saturday afternoon I went to buy a Cadillac ct5, when I went in I was greeted by Edwin and he was such a nice guy with great positivity. Then I was assisted by Joseph who was phenomenal! After that I met with the finance manager Vic who was very helpful as well. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer service they all provided. My whole family has brought cars from them and we worked with them for a while. I’m very happy with my new purchase and I’m absolutely blessed to have a pleasure to have a outstanding team to guide me through the process of getting my new Cadillac! and a HUGE thank you to rob for taking the time to show me all the features in the car and teach me how to use them properly! Sales and service need to be in tuned with each other. Car was certified and after spending over $800 on repairs the car was not detailed. It took almost 3 weeks to correct the issue.
