The sales person, kirk, was great. The sales manager who handled my paperwork, not so much, He got visibly upset when i decided to go with 0% APR instead of rebate. If it wasn’t for kirk’s customer service handled my paperwork, not so much, He got visibly upset when i decided to go with 0% APR instead of rebate. If it wasn’t for kirk’s customer service throughout the whole deal, I would have walked out right there. It was almost like he was trying to intimidate me into the deal he wanted me to take, by saying he had to change the paperwork and that everything will take longer, etc. Once he saw he could not change my mind, he’s demeanor changed and it was like he didn’t want to deal with me. Not the best experience. Anyway, Thank You kirk! I love the car! More

Currently having my Tundra towed for driver's side emergency brake completely locked up. Was told it was repaired less then 1 week ago. Maintenance required soon message came on the next morning after picking my truck up. I doubt it was ever even serviced before I purchased it on 2/29. Truck covered in mud when I picked it up, dropped off spotless. Wiper blades shot. Whoever put my inspection sticker on must have been covered in grease. Piller panel all stained up and discusting. This has been such a rough few weeks here besides what's going on with my truck. I was so proud to finally buy a nice daily driver truck, and now I am stuck with multiple problems, and a 5 year platinum warranty that seems to not be worth spit. I've owned almost only Toyota for most of my life, and I think this is gonna be it. What a terrible way to fall out of love with a brand... This sux!! More
