I drove all the way from Middle Tennesse to buy my brand new RX350. They had exactly what I wanted and were willing to negotiate a little with me unlike our local Lexus dealer. I spoke with the sales manager Robert Graham several times prior to driving over to purchase my car. Robert was so helpful and honest which is a huge plus for this female who can negotiate anything but hates dealing with car sales people. Once I arrived in Chattanooga Robert introduced me to Ralph Paty, their #1 sales person. He was very engaging, answered all my questions and facilitated the paperwork and sale. I was in and back on my way to Nashville in about an hour. Both Robert and Ralph stood by their words and honored what was promised verbally on precious phone calls. Within 2 weeks (my choice) my car was delivered to my home in Middle Tennessee after returning from our vacation. Erin was the expert technician who gave me an hour tutorial at my home on how to use my new car and did a great job!! Since I received my RX350 last October I have called on Robert, Erin and mostly Ralph for technical / service questions about my new car. I say mostly Ralph because about once a month I reach out to him with a question. He always answers his phone and takes time to talk to me and answer my questions. I wish I lived closer to Chattanooga to take my car for service there. I have told pretty much everyone I know to call Ralph if you want a new or gently owned car and he will shoot you straight. This coming from a female buyer who was dreading the whole process after owning my beloved Lexus sedan for 18 years. Ralph is your guy and until this buying experience I never would have said this! Ralph’s customer service is outstanding and I will be buying my next car from him and Lexus of Chattanooga! Kudos to Robert Graham and the owners/ leadership at Lexus of Chattanooga for investing in such great sales people like Ralph Paty!! I will be back for my next new Lexus!! All of you have been a pleasure to work with! More

When it came time to replace our old Lexus RX330 with a new RX350 I contacted several dealerships in the region. Marc Bales was by far the best sales rep to deal with, he listened to the features we wanted new RX350 I contacted several dealerships in the region. Marc Bales was by far the best sales rep to deal with, he listened to the features we wanted on our new RX and was very responsive throughout the process. We got a great deal and traded in our old RX330. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive to Lexus of Chattanooga. All the staff were excellent and a great experience overall, thanks Marc! More

Ralph Paty is phenomenal. He found three different vehicles until he finally found the one that fit my wife’s needs and wants. He spent a lot of time with us and several days of probably what he thoug vehicles until he finally found the one that fit my wife’s needs and wants. Experience dealing with Lexus of Chattanooga I was a repeat client to the Lexus dealership so my expectations were very high for another great experience. Absolutely amazing! The best car buying experience ever! We visited the local Lexus dealer in the city which we live. We had a very dissatisfying experience trying to close a fair deal. We then decided to use the USAA car buying program to find the vehicle we wanted. The next day we received an email from Lexus of Chattanooga with the vehicle we wanted. I called Lexus of Chattanooga and within a matter of minutes, we agreed upon a deal! After arriving at the dealer to pick up the vehicle, we were treated like royalty! Everyone involved in the deal ( sales manager, salesman, finance manger, technology rep and service tech) ensured all of our questions were answered. Lexus of Chattanooga was the best and we’ll be returning for our next new vehicle purchase! More
