This was my second vehicle purchased here. “Mighty” Joe Evans is a real dude, down to earth, and a pleasure to do business with. I actually enjoyed buying my truck and “hanging out” with him. Out of all the people I dealt with, he is the reason I will continue business in the future. He should get a raise. The manager guy, Roberto, almost had me not buy the truck because I feel he could have “flexed” a little with the prices and his refusal to bend a little came off kinda rude. I get it though; gotta make some money. He did good for y’all!! Should nick name him the “muscle.” “Big” Bang the finance guy was cool. I still don’t know what he said but he is well dressed and got the job done!!! Lastly, I’m not sure if she’s listed or eligible to get some stars is the cashier lady. She was very sweet and nice. Handing over thousands of dollars to her didn’t hurt that bad bc she made me smile. I’m sorry I don’t know her name, but because my buying experience was a positive one; I’m sure I’ll be back to formally acknowledge her next time I buy a vehicle. More

After ordering my vehicle and waiting two months, the vehicle is on its way but the Sales Manager now wants me to pay an extra $3k more than what I signed the price quote for. If I could I would put a negative stars on this dealership. the dealership has a vehicle that I want to purchase and the GENERAL SALES MANAGER ROBERTO OCHOA stated that the vehicle sold at auction dealership. the dealership has a vehicle that I want to purchase and the GENERAL SALES MANAGER ROBERTO OCHOA stated that the vehicle sold at auction already while I was on the phone with him which is a lie since the vehicle is still in the company website and auto trader after I called him out on it he then HUNG UP ON ME! if I was the dealerships owner I would fire him over his unprofessionalism and rudeness towards a customer he could have guided me towards another vehicle but instead decided to lose a customer. I purchased a brand new Highlander in March of 2022. Less than 30 days later the entire dashboard controls (speed, odometer, gas and fluid levels) went out and the blinkers stopped working. The same thing happened again less than 2 weeks later - as I was getting on the interstate. I was told the vehicle would be traded out. The proposed trade was of much lesser quality and would result in owing more than I did for original vehicle. Dealing with this dealership has been a horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
