Originally from Asheville, NC, I grew up around cars, motorcycles, and classic British cars. As my mom used to say, I've never met a stranger so I get along with everyone. I offer my guests a low pressure, educational and fun experience along with great customer service both during and after the sale. We had an incredible experience at Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay! Ryan George was our sales advisor and showed my husband, our dog, and myself the true power and capability of the mini cooper convertible! Ryan took us on a lengthy test drive that truly demonstrated so much about the vehicle, all the while spouting info that showed how much he knew about the car we were in. Two days later, and with countless options of colors to choose from their inventory, I settled on a gorgeous little red Mini convertible and have been in love ever since. I can’t begin to explain how appreciative I was of the info session Ryan gave me before driving off. There’s things about the car I would’ve never taken advantage of (key fob short cuts and app benefits) had he not shown me. Today, I completed my morning errands with the top down and pep in my step! Thanks so much to Ryan and the entire Ferman Mini team!! We couldn’t be happier! More
