I’m husband and father to our young daughter. In my free time, if I'm not out on a golf course or wrenching on/upgrading our sporty cars, I'm most likely at home with my girls and our German Shepherd. With my father always being a manager in the business since I was born, I basically grew up in the auto-industry. I began working as a lot-attendant at 16yo, worked in the BDC/Internet Department for a few years with Ford, and have now worked my way up to a Sales & Leasing Consultant / Product Specialist for the Lincoln brand. Although I may not be the most experienced person on the sales-floor, I can guarantee I'm one of the most resourceful :)

My first experience with Herb Chambers Lincoln was to bring my Lincoln Corsair to be looked at. The passenger door would stick because the door behind was not aligned correctly from the factory. The ser bring my Lincoln Corsair to be looked at. The passenger door would stick because the door behind was not aligned correctly from the factory. The service consultant was very nice and friendly. Had a mechanic look at it and knew right away what was wrong. They set up an appointment and made arrangements to come pick the car up and left me a loaner car. 5 stars!!! More

Ryan was very professional and polite. Good job showing us all the possible option combinations. Once the sale was completed and we picked up the car, he went over all the screen controls and other options us all the possible option combinations. Once the sale was completed and we picked up the car, he went over all the screen controls and other options in great detail. We never felt rushed. I hope he is still working there when we are ready to buy another Lincoln. Jillian responded to our internet price request promptly and followed it up with a phone call. There was some confusion regarding our eligibility for a Lincoln rebate and it turned out we were not eligible, however, James made it right! More
