Came in, Edy Lopez saw us approach, introduced himself. I told him specifically what I was interested in, and he showed me the vehicles that met my requirements. Next we talked price, and things proceeded forward, very smoothyly. While there seems to be more paperwork in the modern car sales than the last time I made a purchase (20 years back), the process was handled well.
