I was casually looking for a car for months. Subaru of Jacksonville offered just enough follow-up to let me know I was still on their radar, but so much that I felt pressured to make a decision Subaru of Jacksonville offered just enough follow-up to let me know I was still on their radar, but so much that I felt pressured to make a decision. When I finally did decide to purchase, the staff I dealt with kind and friendly. The number that was put in front of me was what I was expecting and very fair. Kimberly was great during the test drive, and we even just chatted about normal life stuff while waiting for finance to get the paperwork together. Never have I had a car salesperson just "talk." It was nice not to be left alone while waiting for the next step. The car handoff was great. Kim made sure I knew how to operate the key features of the car. I appreciated that as I was driving the new baby home in the dark and didn't want to be messing with buttons on the way home. While I intend of keeping my Subaru Crosstrek for many years, if I do need to car shop again, I'll head back to Subaru of Jacksonville. More

We sought out Sabino to buy a second Subaru after a great prior pre sales experience with him. We had a poor experience when we bought the car from the other dealership. So this time we sought out Sabino and bought our second subaru from him. As we expected, his expertise and kindness made buying this new car comfortable and fun and we left excited about our new car. I will always strongly recommend Sabino to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. More

This dealership make buying a new car so easy. My wife spoke with Nando, basically picked out a car over the phone .Nando sent her a proposal for her trade in and cost out the door.
