First Class Dealership Scott Birtles has to be one of the most honest GM's in the business. It says a lot about a dealership when he has employee's that have remained there Scott Birtles has to be one of the most honest GM's in the business. It says a lot about a dealership when he has employee's that have remained there for many years. After meeting with Scott and learning he was Herb Chambers first employee that earned my respect even more. It means Herb Chambers also treats his employees well. It all starts at the top. The experience buying my 2017 Honda Pilot Elite was the best. The deal was easy and dome with honesty and integrity which goes a long way with me. My sales guy Jim Downey and Rico who helped me learn all the amazing options my vehicle had, was also First Class customer service. Then when I met the service manager Tom, he was a great guy as well and his staff is top notch. You just get good vibes throughout the entire experience, from start to finish. While waiting in service for my black oem rims to be installed I observed the staff and customers throughout the dealership. Everyone seemed happy. Everyone was being helped and it was extremely busy with many customers. I could tell customers loved this place as much as I do. They make you feel like part of the Herb Chambers family. They treat every customer with respect, kindness and compassion. They don't over sell or push options and packages on you like many dealers do. When we went in to give a deposit, Scott came out and sat with us, talking and having great conversation. Just an easy laid back experience that day. The day we went in with the check to pay for my Pilot, it was just as easy. Jim worked hard to get my Pilot ready to be picked up same day and I truly appreciate that. What more can I say.... Oh and they had the best price but honestly the overall experience was worth any price. I will enjoy servicing my vehicle here and referring everyone to buy here with confidence. More

There are a few reasons why I chose to purchase my vehicle from Herb Chambers and it is truly a dealer that stands out among the crowd. Danny & Scott made the experience a positive one and answered any questions I had along the way - and for questions that did not have immediate answers they told me they would find out the answer and did. Bill helped out from the Finance end and even though the process was quick and painless he gave me some great pointers during the time we worked together and finalized the paperwork. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Another notable mention is that after purchasing my vehicle I made a trip to the parts department - their parts department happens to be open a lot later than the usual 5pm close time which is awesome. Not just that but they have a lot of inventory on hand if you want to accessorize your new purchase or even get something as simple as a cover for your new key fob. I can honestly say that based on my experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and my faith in the brand I will look here first for any future vehicle purchases going forward. Follow-up to my last review. Once again, the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk came through like the champs and the professional that they are. I bought my 2012 Ford Flex Once again, the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk came through like the champs and the professional that they are. I bought my 2012 Ford Flex back in October, and just to repeat myself, John Vieira will be the ONLY person I will buy a car from, no one else. He's professional and went above and beyond. Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is lucky to have him on their team. To make a long, long, long story short, the Flex experienced an issue that was unexpected and something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. However, The GM, Scott Birtles, the Service Director, Tom (sorry, didn't catch his last name), and John all stepped up and got it taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised and felt taken care of. Although what happen to the car was quite frightening, the way I was taken care of made me feel better. I just got the car back and not sure if it's really all "good to go", but I was assured to contact Tom if anything else comes up. I normally equate car salesman to basically snake oil salesman, but that's not the case with the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. If and when I need a new car, I will not be going anywhere else. Why would I when I an just go to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk? More
