Great experience at Tucson Subaru! Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when I decided to buy a new car I pretty much had my heart set on a Crosstrek. I also drove a Mercedes GLA 250, but the Subaru was a lot more fun and had more safety features so the choice was easy! My experience at the dealership was great. Very low-key professional salespeople (Jim Coyle and Trent Nichols) who were very knowledgeable without any high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager (Terry Iseminger) truly went above and beyond to find me exactly the car I wanted. As it turned out my car needed a small service fix after I bought it so I was also able to interact with the service department too (Dan Ford and Scott Gregg). I can say without a doubt that everyone I interacted completely exceeded expectations, were extremely professional and did their best to make my experience positive. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru! Don’t go anywhere else! More

Made me a believer. Recently purchased a 2013 Crosstrex for my teenage son as his first car. 2 months into his new driving experience and getting his driver license, the Recently purchased a 2013 Crosstrex for my teenage son as his first car. 2 months into his new driving experience and getting his driver license, the car had an air conditioning issue. Over time the A/C unit wasn't as cold as it was new. After being diagnosed at the dealership. The compressor was found leaking and needed to be replace replaced ($1400). This was quite a shock for us as we had only had the vehicle for less than 90 days and it wasn't going to fall under the 3 month / 3000 mile warranty that came with the used vehicle purchase. Additionally I hadn't purchased the extended warranty, only the prepaid maintenance plan. Right of the bat our Service rep Jason Mumma took it upon himself to talk with the used car sales manager Scott and get $700 off the repair cost. While this was an unexpected bonus at the time. Once I returned to pickup the car and had a change to speak with the sales manager to thank them. They had changed their minds and picked up the whole $1400 tab. While under the terms of the contract this was my responsibility. They earned my future business and anyone I can tell of the outstanding services. I'm truly great full. Scott Dickerson More

They went through the car fixing what needed to be fixed, it then went to detail . I picked the car up and I love it. The service from Kevin was great , he kept me informed , even came in on his day off to deliver the car. Service was great every thing is working and I love this car.
