By far the most pleasant and professional experience I have had purchasing an automobile or for that matter anything in recent memory. Of course, the dealership has responsibility for setting the stage an have had purchasing an automobile or for that matter anything in recent memory. Of course, the dealership has responsibility for setting the stage and hiring the right people. I’m here to shout out that my personal professional, Eduardo Sandoval, went over the top to make every single contact I had with him enlightening and enjoyable. Being the engineer that I am; in the runup to me placing an order for my 2022 Telluride, I had analysis paralysis. Ed was exceedingly patient with my every question and every request for an updated quote. When I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the car, Ed clearly explained what I should expect and should not expect given the lead-time for this excellent machine. I would be waiting 8-12 weeks after my order. Two days after I made my deposit, I got an call from Ed that and order had been transmitted to the West Point factory. Two weeks later I was contacted by Ed to let me know that I could expect the delivery within six weeks. Another two weeks and Ed contacted me again saying I could expect delivery around April 4. A week before delivery Ed sent me a copy of the window sticker with VIN so I could get a jump on insuring my new car. All of this professionalism came from a man I had not even met in person until April 4th, the day I came to KIA of Wesley Chapel to pick up my new car. Ed greeted me and introduced me to Scott, Noah and John, the team that would help my wife and I get up to speed on this awesome MACHINE. Primarily Ed but also the team spent more than 3 hours introducing us to many of the capabilities and features associated with the car that Consumer Reports gave its highest Overall Score, “97”. The next highest Overall Score is around “90”. Look it up! We have had the car a month now. Still in awe and still learning more each day about the car’s capabilities. The electronics are incredible and as a “geek” I recognize as some of the most intuitive I have had the pleasure of working with. Yes, even after the sale I continued to hear from my personal professional, Eduardo, to make certain we continue to be happy with our new baby and to answer all our questions. It took me a little while to put together that it is not a mistake that an excellent sales person, an excellent dealer and an excellent car all found themselves in Wesley Chapel Florida. More

Walking into the dealership, I was overwhelmed with not knowing what car I even wanted to go for. That is when Nelson greeted me and reassured me that we would find something for me. He has so much patienc knowing what car I even wanted to go for. That is when Nelson greeted me and reassured me that we would find something for me. He has so much patience and took his time explaining all of the features , along with asking me questions to further pinpoint which vehicle would be best for me. Starlin was also so willing to break everything down for me so that I could leave with a car that day. Not to mention , Nelson and Starlin made me feel like more than a customer. They genuinely got to know me and I could tell that they really wanted to help. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Noah also stepped in and also took his time explaining what my package would look like. I felt no pressure from anyone and that is an AMAZING feeling; not only when you are making a large purchase, but especially when it’s your first car. I can’t leave out Scott, who welcomed me to the Kia family upon receiving my keys. He really reinforced the feeling that I made the best choice. I’m truly blown away with the service I received and the dream team that is Kia of Wesley Chapel. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me! More

I’m currently giving 5 stars as the employees that worked with us have been excellent, however the rating might change as I purchased this vehicle on Sunday and today, Wednesday, we have already encountered with us have been excellent, however the rating might change as I purchased this vehicle on Sunday and today, Wednesday, we have already encountered several problems with our vehicle that we were not made aware of before purchasing the vehicle. I am hoping they also weren’t aware and not knowingly selling us a faulty vehicle. One of the problems has been solved. I’m going to call in tomorrow about the rest of these things. I’ll post an update ASAP. UPDATE: Everything has been thoroughly solved and then some! The level of commitment and dedication to resolve all my concerns has been above and beyond! The individual attention they have given me has been incredible. I can say with great confidence that I am in good hands and that I am incredibly happy to have chosen this dealer! Thank you! More
