Second time around This is our second time going to W and L. Similar situation as last time. Me on 12 hours and my other needing a car due to a car accident 😔. I called our prior salesman ( Scott Mertz) and explained the situation and that we would be coming out to the dealership in about 2 hours. He was happy to hear from me and me from him. My wife and I got there and we were greeted by Scott, who is now a sales manager and he directed us to Kyle Bennar. We explained our situation with Scott and Kyle and we came up with the cars we were interested in. Kyle showed us many vehicle options and pulled up front the two we were most interested in. He pulled them up front and we took the first one for a ride. No pushy salesman talk. We came back and were satisfied with that one. We went in did some paperwork and off we went. Spent maybe a total of 2 hours there. We highly recommend W and L Subaru just like our family and friends More

After telling him what we were interested in, he brought us to test drive a vehicle. We ordered our car that same day. When the car came in, he again went through the options on our car, handled the paperwork efficiently, and introduced us to George who spent quite a bit of time with us in the car going over how everything operated. we were very pleased with our experience at W&L Subaru and will definitely recommend them. Great Service I searched on line various dealerships inventory and pricing. W & L Subaru had the best of both. It was a little over an hours drive but well worth I searched on line various dealerships inventory and pricing. W & L Subaru had the best of both. It was a little over an hours drive but well worth it in the best weather, but of course this was our first big snowfall of 2018. I like the Subaru because of their high safety rating in accidents. I had an Outback for almost 7 years and totalled it the week before. The first person we met was George who goes over your vehicles at delivery with you. George was very friendly and told us he was not a salesman that he would get someone for us. Scott came to help us and we talked about the Outback and Impreza. After talking with Scott we decided to look at the Impreza which I had concerns since it was a small car, but Scott and another salesman reassured me that all SUbarus are very safe vehicles. Scott cleared the snow from the car and brought it around for us to look at and drive. We decided on the Impreza which we picked up over the weekend. When we picked the vehicle up George went over everything with us and asked if we had questions. We were told to call or email either Scott or George if we have any questions. The dealership building looks new. They had a lounge where they had coffee, tea, water, juices, snacks and tv available to everyone. Even had a nice play area for children. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already. Nice job guys. More
