Had my emissions checked today at the Dean Team (Ballwin) location and the service team was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, checked in right at my car, and shown to the waiting area with cof location and the service team was excellent. I can not begin to express The joy I had in words with the experience of surprising my wife with the exact Tiguan that I was looking for. Tony was my salesman. Fantastic guy. There was never any pressure, whatsoever, even when signing the final papers with the financial director. I also must add that the service department is top-notch also. We have been to this dealership several times for service on a previous Volkswagen and dealt with Scott. Wonderful service advisor. In fact, the fantastic service department from the past is what drove us to buy this car now in the present. More
