In a tough spot they were tremendously helpful, very very quick in communication and everything felt very transparent and respect service department. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Saved me $12, 000 and I didn't buy a car. Car repair of $2,000 was covered by VW and I didn't have to spend $10,000. to buy a car.
