Kim from Service came to my rescue, when returning from a week-long business trip, I uncovered a horrid odor in my car. Having a 3-hour trip scheduled the next day, she helped me secure a rental vehicle and week-long business trip, I uncovered a horrid odor in my car. Needed some new tires. Of course there is only one place to go Klaben Ford. Mike Brandvold is my service writer, Mike is extremely knowledgeable on all auto mechanical need Of course there is only one place to go Klaben Ford. Mike Brandvold is my service writer, Mike is extremely knowledgeable on all auto mechanical needs. So with out haste Mike had prices and all the discounts available to me used FordPass points and the price was the lowest around. While preforming the tire change they damaged one of my wheels, but Klaben stepped up and replaced. After driving awhile I could feel a shaking in my steering wheel. Called Mike said bring it back in for a rebalance, he said sometimes the bigger tires need rebalanced. That’s where Eric comes in I trust him the most for suspension and tire service. Talked with Eric,Mike,Tom, and Sean. I guess to of my where beyond be able to be balanced. I was unsure how they could have my truck leave this way in the first place. I wasn’t to happy, but after talking about some tires come with problems, they made everything right. So Klaben is still the place I only go and will be. From my two salesmen Chris “awesomeness Maximus” and Tim sterling and the service team they treat you like family. And that’s why I have been buying and servicing my vehicles there for over 20 years. More
