I had an appointment on a Wednesday at 7:15am and my truck didn't get diagnosed until 4-4:30 pm that day. After the diagnosis, the team did well to get my truck finished in a reasonable timeframe. My rating isn't 5 starts because of the time it took to get my truck looked at and also, after tire installation, 3 of the 4 tires have white lettering and the 4th tire does not. Either the tire got installed backwards from the other 3 or they aren't all the same tire. I did not call the dealership because I cannot afford to have my truck back in for service to fix it. The team reached out to me and made this right. They drove to my work and picked up my truck to fix the tire installation issue. They washed my truck and put gas in it and brought it back to me at work. The follow up service on this was outstanding. Eli was pleasant to talk to when swapping out the truck. Thank you for your great response! More
