From the moment I knew the Bolt EUV was on its way, I was kept informed about its arrival. From there I was able to schedule a test drive and before the night was over, I'd put down a deposit. Sean O Salem went above and beyond to answer every question I had. He kept me informed while we waited on the IRS to get their act together--and his persistence led to significant cost savings for me. I felt supported and treated with professionalism and respect. As an added bonus, I know I'm in great hands with the service department, too. This is my second purchase from Colonial West Chevrolet of Fitchburg and I will continue to be a repeat customer. More
