Great dealership After test driving many news SUV’s, we decided to try a Highlander. Upon arriving at the dealership, we met up with Tommy Shackleford. He was great! Very professional,very knowledgeable and very patient with us. There wasn’t a question that we asked, that he didn’t know the answer to or knew where to get it. We also met up with their sales manager Shane and general manager Monte, who welcomed us to their home away from home. We did lease the highlander and now my husband is test driving a 4 runner for the weekend to see if he wants to lease or buy it. With the right numbers, this may happen on Monday. Can’t say enough about how awesome this dealership and employees were to us. I have never driven a Toyota, but the kindness of these gentlemen, may have a new client for life. How I purchased a 2017 Tacoma from Toyota of Cleveland today (2/12/18). I had been looking for a Tacoma for months and never intended to buy so new. However, when I saw this truck and test drove it, I knew I had to try to make it feasible to buy. The folks at Toyota of Cleveland made my pipedream a reality by knocking $2500 off sticker price and working with me to keep the overall price and payment where I needed it. Jeff (Salesman), Joey (Used Car Manager) and Shane (the guy who makes the numbers work) were all top notch and exceeded my expectations. I BIG THANK YOU to all the guys and gals at Toyota of Cleveland for getting me back into a Tacoma!! More
