Super nice folks. I came in from Tennessee, they picked me up in Cleveland, took me out to the dealership and did everything possible to make me comfortable while they I came in from Tennessee, they picked me up in Cleveland, took me out to the dealership and did everything possible to make me comfortable while they went the extra mile to make sure that my vehicle and my finance agreement were on the level. If I didn't live so far away I imagine I'd be swinging by just to say "Hi" from time to time. Great experience at Preston. More

The buying experience was very quick, and easy. I knew what i wanted, told my salesman Tom and he quickly had 3 options. And even quicker came up with multiple numbers for each option. When i final I knew what i wanted, told my salesman Tom and he quickly had 3 options. And even quicker came up with multiple numbers for each option. When i finally made a decision, unfortunately i forgot some very important items in the vehicle i traded in.... The dealer went out of their way to make sure they saved these items (which are priceless to me) and kept them to return to me. I'll definitely be recommending them and have been proud to tell people where i just made my purchase. More
