When we walked in we were greeted by Tom, who happened to be our sales person. We were late upon arrival but that didn’t seem to be an issue or major concern. Tom was friendly, outgoing, and engaging - a gre be our sales person. We were late upon arrival but that didn’t seem to be an issue or major concern. The whole process took about 4 hours from start to finish including a test drive, a little back and fourth with Shannon, and our wrap up with our closer Dylan. Everyone was friendly and supportive ! Preston is definitely not the closest Chevy dealership to us however, we would drive an hour more for the service we receive at Preston. Everyone is always kind and professional. Bob Powell is always looking us however, we would drive an hour more for the service we receive at Preston. Everyone is always kind and professional.
