My experience with this dealership and my new favorite saleswoman, Sharon, and the people who work here was phenomenal. I have a disability that was hard for them to find me the right car, but not only di saleswoman, Sharon, and the people who work here was phenomenal. I have a disability that was hard for them to find me the right car, but not only did they find the right car. They found a diamond in the rough, which was affordable, beautiful with low miles and with all the bells and whistles. The communication back-and-forth and the respectability to work with me and my disability, to get me in my dream dependable jeep, was a godsend. The service department here has poor service whether you have an appointment or not there is always a wait! Recently I waited 6 hours for what was originally an oil change because somehow they took back the have an appointment or not there is always a wait! Recently I waited 6 hours for what was originally an oil change because somehow they took back the wrong car and on top of that they managed to almost tear up my transmission but not putting enough fluid in the car so I had to come back and get it corrected nobody has reached out to try to compensate me for my troubles I’ve been getting the run around. All in all don’t get your car serviced here! More
