My Lincoln had a flat 50 miles from the Klaben dealership. Shelby sent a tech the 50 miles to pick up the tire, take it back to Lincoln, and mount a new one. She then sent the tech back to chang dealership. Shelby sent a tech the 50 miles to pick up the tire, take it back to Lincoln, and mount a new one. She then sent the tech back to change the tire! So the technician drove 200 miles that day to help me out of a jam. Throughout, Shelby was amazing. Klaben service above and beyond the call of duty. These folks really understand the concept of service--for both the vehicle and the customer. More

It has been beyond frustrating that my car has had to be in and out of the shop for over 2 months, and it being at the hands of the service team. However, even with all the frustration, Klaben handled it ve in and out of the shop for over 2 months, and it being at the hands of the service team. However, even with all the frustration, Klaben handled it very well and made the hassle as easy as possible to deal with. It began with my check engine lite coming on. It needed a partial engine replacement. Three weeks my car was in the shop waiting for the parts and the rebuild. Which was no problem. Once I got my car back, I ended up stuck on the highway the next day smoke pouring out. I was met on the side of I-76 with a rental, and Klaben had my car towed back. They found a clamp from the radiator to the engine was not sealed and broke. So that clamp and tube had to be replaced. I got my car back. Two days later, the wrench icon came on, so I once again, called Klaben. They brought me a rental to my place of work, and took my car back to the shop. Another clamp from the tube connecting from the radiator to the engine failed, and no heat and no coolant. I have now had my car back a am driving it for the first day since all this, and nervous to say it's running good. Klaben has taken very good care of me. They are wonderful but maybe just a little more attention could be given. More
