Our car has broken down 3 times in six weeks since a very expensive engine repair caused problems that weren't existing previously on our 7 year old Crosstrek. 3 times we have picked up a supposedly fully re expensive engine repair caused problems that weren't existing previously on our 7 year old Crosstrek. 3 times we have picked up a supposedly fully repaired vehicle, and 3 times I have had to wait out on the roadside for a tow truck to drag it back to Subaru Kennesaw. We only get updates via text, plus we have to be the ones pushing for information. No one higher up has made any attempt to contact us despite asking someone to. We had been thrilled with our Crosstrek this far but our current experience has been horrid. More

Very disappointed with my service. Had it set up for 2 weeks. I brought the car in for a leak in the sun roof. Tech thought that he would just have to clean out the drains. After two hours they told me that they would not do anything with the leak because they did not have the technology or expertise to assess. The entire reason that the car was there on Friday instead of Saturday was due to the scheduler telling me that the men I would need to repair it did not work on Saturdays. I could have gotten the same response on Saturday and not had to miss work More

I didn't feel welcomed at the beginningand they left oil stains on engine cover and didn't clean oil filter pan after putting filter on. They just wanted my money.
