I have never had any problem after repairs are completed; their shop specialists are very good. If you're not shopping based on cost, this is the best garage I know in Michiana -- better than any other dealer or repair garage, whatever the brand. I can say the same about the Gates Toyota auto body shop in Granger, with a positive exception -- they are excellent, thorough, and helpful, AND they are cost-competitive. If you (a customer) provide a review of the service you experience, be sure to go to the account Profile that will be created, and verify (or delete) all the ways that you will be recieving advertising email messages. The service center is, after all, part of a larger auto sales company. More

Routine service plus Very happy with Gates Service compared to the other guy. Stumbled a bit on this visit. My wife brought the car in and it took a long time to inform Very happy with Gates Service compared to the other guy. Stumbled a bit on this visit. My wife brought the car in and it took a long time to inform her it was ready to go. Others came and went. She saw the vehicle parked outside and went to ask. Said it wasn’t ready. Some time later they came and said it was ready. Paper work was hidden under other papers. The guy that checked her in was on lunch break so the guy covering wasn’t up to speed to cover. She said she waited an hour longer than she had to. More

We had great service, this visit was for tire rotation. We also had to have the luggage rack foam replaced. Gates ordered the part & did the repair within 2 days. We love gate's service.
