I had been to several dealerships look for a car. Benz and Beemer were outstanding. The other dealerships I went to paled in comparison. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Robert my sales person. From start to finish I was treated with respect and patience no matter how many questions I asked. Steve the service manager put the car on the rack to assuage any concerns. Another great experience at CBB. The finance guy explained everything in detail and I didn’t feel pressed by him. I give Robert and the dealership a solid 10/10 More

We had an excellent experience at Certified Benz & Beemer. Every department we dealt with was great. The process once we found the car we want wasn’t excessive, we expected to spend a fee hours there Beemer. Every department we dealt with was great. The process once we found the car we want wasn’t excessive, we expected to spend a fee hours there, that’s just the car buying experience. Our sales person was Ahriyanna and she was great. She kept in touch via text messages linking me cars based on what I was looking to buy. She was knowledgeable about the car functions which is really helpful during a test drive and she was great during the whole buying process all the way up to us driving away in our new car. Finance was good, not too pushy on the extras, I even dealt with the service department and they are great as well. I recommend them. More

This dealership wants the best for its buyers and completely transparent throughout the entire process. I was an out of state buyer and they made it easier than my local dealership! Andy's office wall displays 'Salesman of the Year' awards going back six or seven years plus all his most recent salesman of the month awards. All well deserved - he may soon run out of wall space!
