My experience with A&T Subaru has always been great. From the time I walk in the door, someone is right there to help. The staff is polite and efficient, but they make sure I understand what my car need From the time I walk in the door, someone is right there to help. The staff is polite and efficient, but they make sure I understand what my car needs. I am usually asked if I need a loaner or am waiting. This time, I chose a loaner so I could tryout a different model. Another great experience doing business with A&T Subaru! More

Watch out with the service department. They were dishonest. The managers were just as bad as the employees. They lied to me several times. Told me I did not have a warranty (on two sep They were dishonest. The managers were just as bad as the employees. They lied to me several times. Told me I did not have a warranty (on two separate occasions despite me purchasing one from Subaru when I bought the car). On several occasions they told me I needed work done, that was already done by them! Basically wanting me to duplicate work (hoping I would forget). The managers are very rude and don’t seem to want to change despite me notifying them that some of their employees are dishonest. I am guessing this is encouraged by the organization. I had to stop going there for service. More
